The Gravel Royale was quite the rock‘em, sock‘em bike race this year.

Over three days there was hard rain, wind, and then sunny skies.

A rider crashed straight into a deer at one point while another got charged by a bear. Wasps. Broken

The TransRockies Singletrack 6 finished up last week, and it was pretty great to see all the riders do what they do from up close at the side of the trail.

This year, it ran through Castlegar, Nelson, Beasley, Kaslo, New Denver, and finished in Naku
